Priorities

Jason’s commitment to our district and our future is built from 8 generations of family dedication to serving, living, and working in our local community. Jason has been married to his high school sweetheart for 35 years, and they have four grown children and 4 grandchildren. As our State Representative, Jason Joyce will first represent the interests of our district - to ensure the future generations will choose to live, work, and continue to care for the community we all love. 

 

Jason has been against multinational corporations who are threatening our vibrant and sustainable Maine fisheries with their relentless push for ecosystem altering offshore windfarms. He is not afraid to stand up for what is right for our district.

• Commercial Fisheries & Coastal Communities

• Healthy & Vibrant Gulf of Maine

• Local Control/Local Zoning

• Local nurses and lower patient ratios

• Family Involvement in Schools

• First Responders & Medical Freedom

• Supporting MSFS captains, crew, and staff with increasing pay

• Military & Veterans and our elders medical needs

• Fixing seawall and the deer isle causeway while expediting plans for a new bridge

• Increasing medical opportunities and solutions for the outer islands like medical boats

 

Things in our country and in our great state of Maine have gotten off kilter. We need new blood in Augusta. We need someone who is not a politician, but who is a hard-working, non-elitist.
